Planning a trip this winter and deciding if want to go back to Hotel Playa Cayo Santa Maria to access the nude back next to the Sol If someone has been to both recently and can offer a comparison or any advice, that would be great. And where should we say if we do try Cayo Largo? Sounds like they parade all over the place and ride the train Nude on Cayo Largo. Each resort at Cayo Largo has a nude beach clothing optional actually. No need having to venture to the nude beach because there is likely one right at your resort.

Note that nudism is permitted only in designated beach areas, the rest of the beach in front of the resorts and the resorts themselves are definitely not clothing optional. You need to go to relatively remote areas to find them, though. Note that it's always merely tolerated, not officially permitted. At least that's the way I understand it.
Our August vacation back to Cayo Largo was cancelled by Hola Sun as the planes have been grounded since the plane crash in Havana recently. We were wondering if there is any hotels in Cayo Coco that offer nude beach area? Thank you.
Perhaps it was the tail end of the winter woes? In other words, getting back to nature the tropical kind , mixed with a little of the unexpected. Yes, it was time to bare and feed my soul. Cayo Largo del Sur, a small island located in southern Cuba was just the ticket. Since it is said to hold the richest memories of pirates in the whole Caribbean, it was perfect.
